Packaging
We take extra care to package your wax melts securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, as with any product, there is always a chance of minor cosmetic imperfections during transit (such as a slight melting from heat). These minor imperfections do not affect the use or quality of the product, but if you receive a damaged or excessively melted product, please reach out to us for assistance.
